Bought a sofa and love seat from Mor, got it home and did not like it. Called Mor corporate only to find out we were past the date to return the set. Sent a chat message to the local store. Bruce Creel called us right away and told us to come see him. We went and we're pleasantly surprised that they would work with us to get what we wanted. We were able to purchase a much nicer unit that we love very much. Thanks to Mr. Creel for helping us out. We've been telling all of our friends about them going the extra mile to help us. My parents went looking for couches this passed weekend, walking in we were greeted and offered assistance by Mr Anthony Sanchez. He was a big help, very patient and kind with my parents and answered all of their questions, one this he said that I really liked was he was going to give them space to look and to look for him when they were ready or had questions. He provided great customer service.
Bruce was an amazing sell’s man ! Showed me and my friend an cool dinning table set the LUCIA collection and even tho I have no plans on buying a dinning table he convinced me to get that specific one that folds out and looks like marble it’s so cool!
Slay was great to work with. Very helpful, from as soon as we arrived to the store, till the end when we finalized our purchases. He was very informative and answered all our questions. We were purchasing furniture for many rooms in our house, and he was helpful the whole way through. He also helped us get the best deals! Would definitely work with him again. And recommend him to anyone shopping for furniture.
