We were very fortunate to work with MORE Events to help us ring in our organization's 20th Anniversary Gala. Hannah has excellent attention to detail, is incredibly organized, and coordinated multiple moving pieces to ensure our event came together seamlessly. She also helped us bring our new brand to life by incorporating our colours into all the decor and signage. Hannah's hard worked created a beautiful, professional and memorable event.
We recently had the pleasure of having Hannah be apart of our wedding on Nov 8, 2025 at Silvertip Resort in Canmore, Ab. Hannah thinks of every detail and offers really good suggestions. She not only helped us plan our wedding, she did our full setup, day of coordination and tear down. From the ceremony, cocktail hour to the reception. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Everything was absolutely stunning. You can really tell this is her passion. It was a dream wedding. She took our vision and the beautiful venue and brought to life. Even more stunning than we could have ever imagined. Our wedding day went seamlessly, she was in control of everything. We didn’t have to worry about dealing with anything. We were able to enjoy the whole day and take it all in. We highly recommend Hannah.
We had the absolute pleasure of working with Hannah for our wedding this past September in downtown Calgary, and I cannot recommend her enough! From start to finish, her guidance and diligence were exceptional. She truly championed our vision and made sure every detail was executed flawlessly. Our beautiful church ceremony at St. Mary’s Cathedral was everything we dreamed of. The flowers, done by Calyx (her recommendation), were stunning and complemented the space perfectly. Hannah’s support during the rehearsal was invaluable—she ensured everyone felt confident and prepared for the big day. The reception at the downtown Marriott was equally amazing. The weather was perfect, and the patio space was a huge hit with our guests. Inside, the décor was breathtaking—tables were impeccably designed with cohesive candle displays, plates, and name cards. The flow of the evening was seamless, thanks to Hannah’s ability to keep everything on track and make sure each moment happened as planned. Hiring a wedding planner was the best decision we made, and hiring Hannah was the right choice. She consistently followed up, listened to our concerns, and encouraged transparency throughout the process. Her professionalism, creativity, and calm presence made planning stress-free and enjoyable. If you want someone who will advocate for your vision and make your wedding day unforgettable, Hannah is the one!
We hired Hannah as our day-of coordinator and were so glad to have her support on the wedding day. She handled our timeline smoothly, coordinated with the venue and vendors, and made sure everything ran exactly as planned. Leading up to the wedding, she also helped with several planning details, including sourcing some décor items and assisting with design elements, which was a huge bonus! Overall, her execution on the day was exceptional and allowed us to fully enjoy our wedding without worrying about the details.
Hannah went above and beyond planning our wedding this August at Azuridge in Priddis. From the very beginning, she was completely dedicated to making every single wish of mine come true. She literally brought my Pinterest board to life in the most beautiful way. Hannah answered every call, text, and email immediately, no matter the time of day, and her hands-on approach made me feel supported and stress-free throughout the entire process. On our wedding day, she handled everything seamlessly, allowing me and my husband to truly be present and enjoy every moment. Her organization, creativity, and genuine care for her couples are unmatched. I would recommend Hannah to anyone looking for a wedding planner, day-of coordinator, or any type of event professional. She is a true gem, and I am forever grateful that she was part of the most special day of our lives!!! 10/10!!!
