Raul and his team are absolutely kind and thoughtful, talented people! In short notice I took a complicated setting and loose diamond to them (neither sourced by them) and they were able to masterfully set them quickly and effortlessly. The communication from before the visit to the pickup was exceptional. We will be back and recommending to others. This is the perfect example of family owned business that truly cares about the customer and their craft.
We had a truly wonderful experience with Morgan Taylor Jewelers, and I especially want to thank Raul for his amazing work. I brought in two pieces of jewelry that had been passed down from my grandmother and wanted them modified. The first was a necklace that I had previously taken to another jeweler, but I wasn’t happy with the way it had been set. Raul immediately understood the changes I was hoping for and even suggested a few adjustments so the stones would lay flatter and more evenly. The result was stunning—exactly what I envisioned, and the stones now sparkle more beautifully thanks to his expertise. The second project was combining a diamond watch face with a bracelet so that I could actually wear the piece. Once again, Raul listened carefully, understood my vision, and brought it to life perfectly. Since I wanted both pieces ready for my daughter’s wedding, timing was important to me. Raul delivered exactly when he promised, and his pricing was very reasonable. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Morgan Taylor Jewelers.
