PUPPY DEAD AFTER NEGLIGENT DIAGNOSIS! I wish I had checked the reviews before bringing my five-month-old puppy here. Unfortunately, just a week after her visit, she passed away right before Christmas. The hospital conducted a basic parvo test but didn't perform any further testing. They prescribed a lot of medication and sold me numerous items, yet they failed to identify the underlying cause of her problems. Tragically, my dear Ace went to doggy heaven just a few days later, following an emergency visit and three days in the hospital. She was suffering from kidney failure, and if she had been diagnosed correctly, we might have had the chance to treat her. My children had to witness the heartbreaking loss of their puppy. It's difficult to express the level of negligence we experienced; it's nothing short of tragic. They ran no blood tests other than for parvo. When I tried to get a follow up appointment they told me they couldnt see Ace for 3 more days! I rushed her to the hospital only to find out she was dying. They treated her symptoms and not the root cause of her issue. Our puppy improved after we were sold a ton of meds, food & bathing items - Then her passing comes…. Say goodbye to Ace forever!

Wonderful vet! Tried two other vets before coming here. Compassionate and squeezed me in when my cat was ill even though I was not an established customer at the time. This vet gives you an upfront estimate so you can decide what tests/procedures your budget can tolerate. Their prices (even for boarding) are very reasonable. Will give you advice as to more reasonable alternatives if there are any. Vet techs are cheerful, educated and compassionate. Very happy with this practice!

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care provided by Morningside Animal Hospital for our beloved golden retriever, Goku. From the moment we brought him in after he accidentally ingested a foreign object (likely one of the kids’ toys), the staff's support and communication were outstanding. Dr. Kelly performed the surgery flawlessly and was incredibly compassionate throughout the entire process. Her expertise and knowledge gave us confidence that Goku was in the best hands possible. We also appreciate the clear and honest updates we received; it made a stressful situation much more manageable. The front desk team was fantastic, helping us explore resources to cover the surgery costs, which eased our worries during this challenging time. A special shoutout to Dr. Lindahl for the wonderful care she provided to Goku as well! As we follow Dr. Kelly’s post-surgery instructions, we're glad to see Goku on the road to recovery. Thank you, Morningside Animal Hospital, for going above and beyond. Our family is truly grateful!
