From the first call to the final check, they were straightforward about the work needed and the costs. The technician Sharjeel arrived on time, explained the heating contractor services clearly, and never tried to upsell anything unnecessary. Their transparency made me feel comfortable and confident in the furnace repair they performed. Great honest service!
ROBERT arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. He showed me the few concerns he had and what options I had. Would purchase with Moss when i need a new furnace because of Robert's knowledge and sales abilities. Loved his honesty and his advise on the two options offered.
Had a great first experience with Moss Heating and Cooling. The technician showed up right on time, was friendly, and did a thorough job. They were honest about the inspection, clearly know their stuff, and took the time to explain everything to us. We were so impressed that we signed up for their annual membership. Highly recommend for any heating contractor or HVAC service needs.
Great experience from top to bottom! Matt did a fantastic job in discussing our option along with the pro and con of each. The install team was equally as good. They worked quickly and efficiently. I think the most impressive along with Matt was the QA tech, Jackson. He did a very thorough examination of our system. He was extremely polite and professional. He answered all my questions and explained every step he was going through. I’ve passed along the contact information to several of our friends and children.
5/5 stars – Great installation! The installation team was very timely, professional and took pride in caring for my home. I sad that I’m just finding out about your company. I’m a customer for life!
