I had some scratches on the rear fender to be repaired after going against a pillar while parking. They provided me with a competitive quote and promised me that I could get my car back in a week’s time. Unfortunately the plan didn’t go smoothly. Although it was stressful and frustrating at my end, the staff was nice, professional and accommodating throughout the process. I had an average experience using them to repair the scratches. They should work on their communications. For example, they called in the morning and told me I could collect my car at 4pm. I rocked up to find my car hadn’t been put back together. They forgot to call me to let me know the change of plan. I already made plans such as organising a lift and getting someone to look after my baby so that I could go to Fyshwick to collect my car. I couldn’t go back the next day because it wasn’t easy to organise everything again without notice. I was told it would take 5 days and ended up about 7 days. It was hard without a car especially I need a child car seat. After collecting my car, realised there were inconsistencies in the paint. They were noticeable. They put my car back together under pressure while I waited there, so they forgot to connect the tail light back. They were to be close for the next few days so I was frantically trying to find someone who could connect it back for me. Luckily Neville was able to meet me the next day and do it. They also offered to fix up the paint inconsistencies. Another week of painful back and forth waiting for my car to be fixed because something happened again at the workshop. They fixed up their mistakes after they communicated their mistakes, so I gave them credit for this. After over a couple of weeks in total for my car to be repaired, I’m not 100% satisfied with the repair, I can still see imperfections but I get what I paid for. I will eventually get all these fixed up again in the future if I can be bothered. At the meantime, I stop looking at my car too closely. Overall, these are good hardworking people. I had an expectation that wasn’t met but doesn’t mean they’re a bad company. I just wished they were closer to where I live and it was my fault that I didn’t go to an authorised repairer.
Great service:)! I had an insurance repair done, and everything was handled in a timely manner- from submitting the quote to the insurance company to getting it assessed. The repair was completed in just two weeks, even with a few unexpected delays. The colour match was spot on! I’d definitely recommend them for anyone needing panel repairs. There’s a slight paint mark or overspray on the black plastic trim above the rear wheel. It’s not very noticeable, but I thought I should mention it. This didn’t take away from the overall quality of the work, but a quick touch-up would make it perfect.
Neville, Brendan, and the Moto Bodyworks team were amazing to work with. I accidentally put a deep scratch right down to the metal on our brand new car. Their ability to perfectly paint match a brand new model car was especially impressive - it looks like the damage was never there. Their communication and workmanship were top notch - I can't recommend them enough.

Backed my Focus into a pole like a grognard, didn't think I'd get it fixed without having to replace the bumper. In comes Moto touch ups - for a very reasonable price he amended a deep gouge in the rear bumper and some smaller scratches on the rear drivers' - made the whole thing look like new. Outstanding local business.
