The team at SF Moto is friendly, thorough, and communicative. They texted me whenever they found something during my bike’s time with them and were helpful in explaining what they did and why. My bike runs like a dream now. I’ll be bringing it back here next time for sure.
Just had the 8k mile service on my bike and also had to get new gear for riding. I wanted to thank Micheal from the service department for the great customer service. Dude was super cool. I also wanted to thank the guy who helped me with all my new gear. He has a broken leg and still took good care of me while I shopped for a new helmet and other gear. And lastly thank you to John??? (I’m really bad with names, sorry guys 😔) for driving all the way to my house when my clutch stopped working. He drove my bike to the shop, then back to my house. Bike is now running 100% Anyways thanks 🙏🏾
Mike was very helpful and informative, his response to my inquiries were genuine and was even willing to help me do rebate for a tire replacement, highly recommend this place I'm sure I'll see them again soon.
I’ve been coming to SF Moto for the better part of a decade and have been continually impressed with the quality of service, vehicles, and staff. I bought my scooter there almost nine years ago and it’s still running great thanks to the care provided by the team. Also, I love to see such a long tenured crew year over year. Everyone is so friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied. Speaks to the strong community and culture of their workplace. Thank you for being such a wonderful part of the community l!
Some believe it’s the quality of the products that make the shop, however once you buy a bike, you quickly realize it’s the Service Dept, that really makes shop. From Tires to warranty service these guys are INCREDIBLE 22,000 miles in 23 months.
