Sunday my car's check engine light started flashing and instantly started running rough. Not good!Next morning I wake up to the first BIG dump of snow. I start phoning around. First two places told me they're booked up for at least a week but I kept trying. Contacted Mount Pleasant Auto Service and was told they too were booked solid BUT suggested I bring my car in and leave it with them and who knows, with the weather and roads the way they were there might be a chance they'd fit me in earlier. Later that SAME DAY I get a call. They had diagnosed it, had a estimate and asked for my approval. I said let's do it and it was ready the next day. That's good service!! Thanks guys, I'll be telling friends about ya.

I started to take my RDX to be serviced at Mount Pleasant Auto in March 2019. I live down south in the city but it’s worth the drive for me. The owner Dylan was great in communication in regard to what was needed to be done now and what could wait who took care of my concern with honesty. The staff works in problem diagnosis is awesome who found out the reason why the battery was draining and got it fixed. I’m very pleased with the service there. A great team. 👍

Such a great place. These guys here are really great. Had my SUV towed there after hrs. Dropped my keys off the next day Dillian called me before noon. Had my vehicle back in 2days after the alternator went!! Great price and service. Highly recommend

I went for an oil change and wheel alignment. They found an issue with a ball joint and told me to hold off on the alignment until I got it fixed which I really appreciated. They were not pushy or condescending, which is so refreshing. I would definitely go here for any of my car needs. Unfortunately (fortunately) I traded my car in for a new one so will not need service for a while.

Great shop, super friendly and stand by their work. We had a rack & pinion replaced in February 2025 and it started leaking after only a few months. They got a new one installed in just a few days and didn't give us any trouble or any back/forth. Made the warranty process seamless on our end. Things break but nice to know these guys standby their service. Appreciate all the help Dylan!
