Trudi has been absolutely amazing to me and my pup. We have been doing agility with her for two years, and the only reason we are leaving is because we are moving. My dog is dog reactive and fearful and skeptical of everything. She has been so patient and helpful when it comes to this. She has helped him build confidence and get over his fears. He went from barely touching some of the obstacles to running over them with no problem. I could not recommended her and her facility enough.

Mountain Paws Dog Training is a wonderful establishment! I worked with 2 separate trainers for my dog Ronan. He took Bow Wow Basics with Maria and Polite Pup 1 & 2 with Trudi. Ronan also has private sessions with Trudi that have helped us learn to walk our big and strong boy without being pulled in every direction. Still a work in process, but the training from Mountain Paws has truly shaped Ronan into the trained dog he is! Trudi and Maria both did an amazing job working with him and only used positive reinforcement (treats and praises). 10/10 recommend as the trainers truly care about your pups and the price is excellent for the area!

Trudy is the best trainer in town. We brought our girl Nala here for puppy class and have since taken every class following the next so far :) we will continue to take classes . Our girl has come a long way from the first class! Trudy is so patient and kind with her training and works with you until your pup gets it right. Classes are a blast and she does things at breweries with the dogs which is great! There’s a variety of class options which is amazing if you want to keep doing different classes. We’ve taken our other dog to a couple other facilities in the past when he was young and wish we would have found a Trudy sooner. I can’t recommend this place enough , especially because you can tell when an owner really cares about your dog and their progress. That speaks volumes ❤️ Thanks Trudy for your hard work and dedication to the dogs in your classes it means the world!

Trudi is a True dog whisperer! My husband and I signed up for Puppy Kindergarten so that together, we could learn how to train our new nine-week-old. We had never had a puppy before and thought it was an opportune time to teach him good behavior right from the start, behavior that kept us all safe and sane. Trudi had great reviews, the price seemed fair, and the classroom looked fun and inviting. So, we took the plunge. Upon entering the classroom, it looked large and clean and well-suited to dog training. Trudi was very welcoming and explained what we would be teaching our dog that day and then demonstrated with one of the pupils. Next it was our turn and we practiced with our puppies while she observed. The classes were well-structured, varied, fun and ended with some playtime so that the dogs could sniff and socialize. Trudi is very knowledgeable and passionate about dog training. We enjoyed her positive training style which really works. We loved her dog translations which helped us to get to know what our pup is thinking at his age of development. Our dog was fond of the class too. He knew when we were getting near Mountain Paws and began to get excited and wanted to bolt out of the car to see his new friends. We thought that Puppy Kindergarten was so invaluable that we are now enrolled in the second class, Bow-Wow Basics. As a result of Trudi’s instruction, we feel more capable and well-equipped to be responsible, loving pet owners. You have got to sign up. You will enjoy your dog even more.
