I have been attending classes at Movement Buffalo for about 3 months now and it has been nothing short of incredible. The instructors are all so kind and clearly care about each class they teach so much. They are all so knowledgeable about technique and explain the movements so well throughout class. I love the wide variety of options, from challenging and upbeat Pilates Sculpt to the restorative Yin practice on Friday nights. Not only are all the instructors wonderful, but the studio itself is beautiful. I especially love the cold lavender towels offered at the end of class. I always leave class feeling restored!
I’m new to Pilates and recently started coming to this studio, and I’m so glad I did! I’ve only taken classes with Molly and Bella so far, and they’re both absolutely amazing — so patient, motivating, and encouraging throughout the entire class. The studio itself is super clean and cute, which makes it such an enjoyable space to work out in. Since starting, I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my strength, especially in my pelvic floor. The unlimited membership also allows a guest to come for free each month which I absolute love!!! Highly recommend checking it out!
This studio has made working out something I look forward to everyday!! It’s beautiful, bright, and has such a welcoming vibe the second you walk in. I love that they have all the equipment ready for you, so you can just show up and focus on the workout without worrying about bringing anything. Bella’s sculpt classes are my go-to when I want to really push myself and leave feeling strong. Even though she only teaches once a week, Isabell makes it worth the wait every time. She just brings such good energy to the studio and her classes always leave me smiling and sweaty. And Molly’s morning signature classes are the best way to start the day - challenging but grounding at the same time. I've also just started going to Lindsey and Sarah's classes which I have really been enjoying! With so many talented instructors, there are simply not enough days in the week. Every one of them brings something unique, and together they make this studio feel so special. I used to take classes at a lot of different places on ClassPass, but now I purchased the unlimited monthly and only come here. I’m so glad I found this place! Highly recommend!!!
Attended yoga here for the first time and absolutely LOVED the practice!!! The space is relaxing, modern, and clean with mats, blocks, and other props. The infrared heat was great and the instructors were welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend this studio and I can't walt for my next class!
