Snoop and Eric were super kind and attentive. They put everything exactly where I wanted it and was careful with my items. They wrapped everything that needed to be wrapped. The owner was very helpful with setting up the move. Will be calling them again for the next move.

These guys were really nice and they really worked hard to get me moved. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

I used PODS for a move from Idaho to Oklahoma but they wouldn't deliver to the new address. I attempted to contact a few moving companies in the area, to help me retrieve my belongings from the pods center. I only got automated replies from most of them, no real contact. Move That Stuff immediately contacted me back via text and email. I had great contact over the phone with Patrick and the gentleman that would be my movers. The two guys that showed up (I could have requested more during the initial conversations) knocked it out of the park. They had two 16' pods unloaded and reloaded into the moving truck quicker than I could have imagined. Two and a half hour drive and then unloaded again into our new home. Super friendly and great all around guys and I can't thank you all enough. Highly recommended!!!

This is gonna be a long one, but well deserved. We moved all the way from CA, and I realized while my friends and family were helping me to fill the trailer that I was not going to be able to unload it by myself In Owasso, OK. So my search for movers began. I was starting to get anxious about it though because I read a few reviews about big moving companies and they were really bad and in fact, down right scary. But it got better after calling here! I had an excellent experience with these guys and would recommend them to anyone. They way outperformed my expectations. My first quote for moving was over $700 and I was convinced I would be stuck with a bill in that range. I have to say though, the price was right (less than half what I expected), Eric was on top of it when setting the appointment (I had to change it 2 times!). They got 19 feet of packed trailer done in 2 hours, including a piano!! Best of all is that Eric himself (the office manager) and their warehouse manager were the ones that did the moving. They had low staff on the day I was scheduled, but instead of delaying my move and it being inconvenient, they hopped on it themselves. So even without their designated moving team, they filled in and did an awesome job!!

All was good until moving day came. I contacted Move That Stuff (Tulsa, OK) about a month before our move based on the recommendations of some friends. With Patrick on the phone, I walked through our house room by room giving a list of all the furniture to be moved. He gave me an estimate of 6 hours with a crew of 4. I booked the move, thinking that if it took more than 6 hours, it was an estimate, and I would just pay the hourly rate for additional hours. The crew was scheduled to show up between 8 and 8:30. They arrived at 11:15. There were just 3 men and not 4. I walked the lead guy through the house. Everything was boxed up and the furniture needed to be disassembled and wrapped as discussed during the estimate. The lead guy said there was no way they could finish in 6 hours and that they had another move scheduled after mine and would have to leave after 6 hours, finished or not. He put his boss Eric on the phone. Eric told me they would have to complete the balance of the move on another day and when I asked when, he gave me a date a week out. A full week! That in spite of me booking so far in advance. I asked where the 4th crew member was. Eric told me I would only be paying for three. Which was not the point. He quoted the estimate of six hours and I reminded him that was their estimate, not mine. The crew worked hard and got us about half moved that day. We paid the balance before they left. They did damage some furniture, walls, and flooring in the new home in addition to the ones reported by the crew. That’s where the problems started. I could not get anyone at Move That Stuff to return my calls or texts, or respond to multiple emails. I got one response asking for pictures. I had taken several the evening of the move to add to the couple the crew took of damaged furniture. They also lost the screws to attach the mirror to the triple dresser in the master bedroom and have not responded to multiple requests about that. So, I guess if you have a flawless move within their estimated hours, you may be happy. If you don’t get your move completed in the allotted time or if you have damages to deal with you will probably run into issues. Once they have been paid, you will be ignored. At least that’s the facts of my experience. Completely unresponsive. We will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, and also with the relevant regulating agencies. Any response to this review from them will be the first I have heard anything since the day of the move. We had a different company (All My Sons) finish our move. Instead of making us wait for another week, they were able to get us scheduled in just a couple of days. Their policy is that the crew stays until the move is completed. You pay by the hour just like MTS. They showed up on time. Were very careful with our furniture and homes and left nothing damaged. I wish our experience with Move That Stuff was more like that. But, it wasn’t.
