My Whirlpool dryer stopped working and we had a technician out the next day! Victor was super knowledgeable, friendly and helped me understand the process. Great value and excellent service!
Stephen was very honest and discussed all of our options (repairing vs buying a new washing machine). We decided to do the repair and he did a great job installing a new water pump. So far, it’s working great.
Excellent experience with Mr Appliance. Was able to secure an appt on a Sunday evening with their chat function and had the appliance fixed a few days later. Great communication and the tech, Sean, was great as well. Would definitely recommend!
Mr Appliance ordered the wrong part and delayed our appointment almost a week. I was charged same day for a repair that didn’t that didn’t even get take place for 7 days. After coming to ‘fix’ our issue, we experienced an immediate issue of water POURING out of our dispenser. I called back to get it corrected and was told that i would have to wait until the next day (as water poured periodically onto my kitchen floor). The next day after I called, I was told I’d have to wait 4 days until a technician was available to help fix the problem they caused. Unacceptable, would never recommend.
I was having a hard time finding an appliance repair company that would service a Samsung dryer. And some that I found charged a much higher fee for a Samsung. So I was happy when I finally found a company that would come out for the regular service fee. They were able to get us on the schedule just a few days after I called. They were great with communication as well. We got a text and email the night before to confirm our 2 hour window and a picture of the technician who would be coming. Today I got an email, text and phone call to let me know he was on his way to us. Our technician Sam was very friendly, and talked through the process as he checked it out. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and thankfully had the parts needed to repair it. He replaced those parts, tested everything to make sure it was all good, and put everything back (including my cleaning products that were in the drawer under it) and left the area looking great. I appreciated his friendliness, professionalism, knowledge and recommendations. I would absolutely use this company again.
