Travis came and he was very professional and courteous. I needed a new receptacle in the garage for a new refrigerator and we also added a GFI for the washing machine and he did a safety check for the circuit breaker. I don’t notice a few things that were needed attention. He paid very close attention to detail very knowledgeable and he explained everything that needed to to be done. Mr. electric was a great company to deal with. They were in and out really quickly and we will definitely do more business with them and like to support local also the owner is a Christian and he goes to our church and he is a very good man and he treat people like family
Kenny came out to put on a whole house surge protector. He was very punctual, very polite and gave you confidence that he knew what he was doing. While doing the surge protector he was able to answer a number of other questions for me. It was a little more expensive than I was expecting but it has a higher wattage coverage than I expected. It also covers the whole house and a warehouse. I would definitely use Mr Electric and Kenny again.
Incredible service. Travis did a very efficient, clean, and professional job. What would have risked my life to attempt myself, Travis made it look easy and did it all the right way. Worked around the Holiday schedule to get it done. Upfront, competitive pricing, great warranty and professional service. Very much appreciated. Would highly recommend. 5 stars all around.
Travis was amazing, got the job done and we are so happy with our new lighting! He's VERY professional and courteous! The office itself was awesome, too! I highly recommend Mr Electric, you definitely won't be disappointed. (We still have to finish our project by painting but you get the jist)
Travis, and assistant Kyle, were incredible! VERY polite and thorough. Explained all available options even for problems I didn't know I had. They did great work and were very fast. I feel so much better, and safer, now thanks to them. Thank you very much; I really appreciate the outstanding service!
