If I can give them 0 stars I would. Never order with this establishment. after speaking to a lady on the phone to confirm if I can order flowers on the website that’ll be ready the next day I went ahead and placed the order after she confirmed. My order was accepted and confirmed online. I then called them to make sure they received the order and no one answered for hours. I got a call back from a guy a few hours later who told me that he didn’t see my order and he reached out to his coworkers/boss to see if they received. He didn’t get any answer as he blamed it on the website . Hours later without any confirmation I asked if he can just refund because I couldn’t trust I would receive the flowers for the next day for my stepdads funeral. I find it strange he didn’t see my order but magically found it on the website to do a cancellation. Please don’t use this fraudulent place! They are the worst. I also forgot to mention he sent a picture of flowers to me that i can get instead of what I ordered . They were not as close to the $300 I paid. Please I beg you don’t use them.
I called Mr. Florist in Newark to make a funeral floral arrangement for me. During the funeral, I was sent the picture of the arrangement from the family of the deceased (!) because it was dying and not what was ordered. I called the shop multiple times asking for my money back or some kind of acknowledgement that this was uncalled for and below business standards. As a former florist, with a passion for creating beautiful and vibrant arrangements, I find it extremely upsetting that the quality of products and creativity were so low. I added the picture of the flowers I purchased (from their website) and the flowers that were delivered. Pitiful. The flowers were no where near the cost of the original bouquet and though I called multiple times, they NEVER sent my money or gave calls back. I look forward to working with small businesses, but they have left me no choice but to give a deserving review.
I found this place randomly on google maps, and I’ve been in love with their service ever since ! The process is easy. They can deliver bouquets same day. They’re super personable, so you can call and tell them your needs and they’ll accommodate as best they can. I’m from Pittsburgh, but this will be my main florist in Jersey from here on out. I’ve been gifting their bouquets to my girlfriend, and she’s been ecstatic each time. They’re out here keeping relationships happy.
Must say It’s hard to trust flower shops when I live in Florida and cant pick the flowers myself I must chose from the website and sometimes my moms flowers look horrible but let me tell you Saad mad it all so easy I placed my order for my Mother’s birthday online then she says she is taking a personal day on her bday the day I had it scheduled mind you it’s 6 pm the day before I called right away and Saad was so sweet he says no problem. I was so nervous that she wasn’t going to get them. So the day after her bday I reached back out letting him know the school has restrictions on deliveries after a certain time he said no problem they will be there. Few minutes pass I received a call from my mom so happy with her flowers not only that Saad sent me pictures of the flowers asking me if they are to my liking thank you so much Saad for making it possible to make my mom smile on her day. I finally found my florist thank Mr.Florist Saad you are amazing I appreciate your kindness.
I ordered flower centerpieces for my graduation party and the service was amazingggg. They were so attentive to detail and getting the centerpieces exactly how I wanted them. I got so many compliments on them and they were the perfect addition to my party. They came on time and lasted for very long so I was able to decorate my home with them after the party for a few weeks! The prices were so affordable and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be coming back!
