I had some vinyl siding that was no longer attached to the house. I called in and was able to get an appointment scheduled pretty quickly (took about two days to determine scope and find a good day for both parties). Garrett was the technician that completed the work. He arrived on time, and talked over the repair with me. Once the work was done my quote was adjusted to reflect not needing to purchase new siding, as there was suspicion it may have been damaged, and Garrett detailed what had happened to cause it to no longer be attached. Garrett was very professional and the work looks really good. All around great experience from beginning to end.
I needed to have a portion of the fence in my back yard replaced because the wood was in bad shape, so I called Mr. Handyman to see if they could provide someone to help with this project. They were very prompt in getting back to me and scheduled someone to do the work. I had to reschedule from the original date and they were very easy to work with on this. I told them I would purchase all the materials needed and I would also remove the old fence portion to be replaced. This took me some time to do, but I did it to save money on the project. When John arrived the first thing we did was review what needed to be done and he made sure he knew exactly what I was expecting. He was easy to work with, and I knew he would do an excellent job, and he certainly delivered. The fence looks great, and I am very pleased with the work John did. I would certainly let John do work for me again, as his work was done very professionally and he made sure I was satisfied with the job before he left. The only complaint I have is the amount I was charged by My Handyman for the job. Considering all I had done in preparation for the work to be done, the price seemed somewhat excessive to me. If I should elect to work through My Handyman in the future, I would need to make sure I had a better understanding as to how the cost for doing the work would be determined. I should have asked more questions up front about pricing.
We had doors that needed to be fixed and John from Mr. Handyman did a wonderful job! He was very thorough and now both doors are working fine. We will definitely reach out again if we ever get another project.
John is a great man to work with. Shows up on time, explains in depth what he is going to do and gets the job done right. He is very courteous and respectful with a wonderful attitude. Great asset to your company!
Very nice and respectful employee. Really put in a lot of work and effort to get a fix for our door. Explained the process and what he was doing. Didn't get irritated at all the questions. I don't know how their prices compare to other companies because this is the first professional we had to work on it. I am pleased with the effort, work and knowledge he showed.
