Amazing service tailored to your dog. My puppy, Biccie, had his first groom with the Mr Potts team today and they took wonderful care of him. They were patient and supportive throughout his first grooming experience (He would have been loud work). He came home looking adorable and very happy! Thank you team!
Update: mr Potts own the dog wash next door. Response is a blatant lie as evidenced by your video footage. To suggest I was offered a refund at mr Potts but instead stormed off & wrote a review doesn’t pass the sniff test. It’s unacceptable to ask for details on a piece of paper when the manager out back simply could’ve come out & refunded me-but she chose to scream ‘are you serious?’ behind a door and not show her face Instead. Unacceptable behaviour and both Google review responses from mr Potts take zero responsibility for your poor staff actions. Myself & others have left mr Potts after the sunrise tv appearance as your staff and quality of grooming services went downhill miserably. We were prepared to give the dog wash a second chance but it hasn’t taken long for that to fall in to disarray too. If you have a conscience refund my $25 at 937am today. In fact you know that, as your receptionist just dropped towels to your dog wash (which has 24/7 videos footage) & it was then that I told her about the products not being available and me needing a refund-she walked me to mr Potts to ask for the refund but her manager denied it. Shame on you to put this blame on a customer. Original Post: Manager rude refusing my refund although no service provided - they own ducky’s next door. The products advertised were not available and you must pay before being let in to use the wash -my dog can’t use shelf products (if I’d known they were out of Aesop I’d have brought mine from Home as my dog had a reaction to their coloured shelf products). I went here as my dog has an injury & it’s easier him being high to wash. Mr Potts manager next door refused my refund- She asked the store lady to take my details-obvs not prepared to leave my card details. Disappointingly when the lady went behind the door n asked for my refund the manager was heard in a loud voice saying ‘are you serious?’ Well yes, customers are serious, $25 for a dog wash should deliver advertised products & a clean bath at the least. I’ll now pursue my $25 thru an ACCC and bank complaint sadly. Side note to new users- the shower tap has minimal pressure (less than a shower at home), the place is always dirty- I cleaned a clogged drain of hair before putting my dog in the bath altho the groomer is next door n could clean it regularly. For a premium shop front, do yourself a favour and wash your dog at home. I’ll dispute the $25 charge for no dog wash without the support of a rude store owner at mr Potts -absolutely astonished at this staffs behaviours.
Nina 3 & Toby 2 have been going to Mr Potts since Nina was a puppy and they have always come home happy, looking great, and smelling awesome. Sadly we are moving overseas with our 2 babies and will greatly miss the team at Mr Potts. Thank you for all your amazing work and happy pictures you send us after their baths. We will miss you all greatly especially Nina & Toby.
My boys have been going to Mr Potts since they opened and we have always had amazing service. They are treated with care, groomed to match their personalities and come home happy looking and smelling amazing! Incredibly grateful for Rochelle and the amazing team at Mr Potts. ❤️💙
Mr Potts does a fantastic job with my little dog Bonnie, she always looks amazing after her groom and comes out happy. We had tried a few groomers before finding Mr Potts. Bonnies coat isn't the easiest to manage and we had some not so great experiences at other places when she came home with more knots than she went in with. Rochelle and her team are the only ones that know how to manage her long coat. They take such good care of it and are very patient. I always look forward to seeing how they have styled her too. We are so happy we found Mr Potts ❤ 🐕🐶
