I recently inherited the house and found out a lot of things have been neglected over the years. Found out the gas line was leaking under the ground. All of the underground piping had to be replaced. Andy came to are rescue. After moving in, the water and gas couldn't be turned back until gas line was fixed. Month with no water or gas, it was urgent. Andy was able to get the ball rolling the next day. The office and Andy kept me up to date on how long and what time work will begin. Very impressed with Andy's speedy actions and Tony also. I totally recommend this group. Don
Christian was able to take care of a backed up tub and bathroom sink. Very friendly and personable technician who patiently answered my questions and took care of my issues. He even crawled under the house and checked to make sure the pipes were in good order. Would definitely recommend.
It was wonderful to get a live person on the phone when I called, and they set up to come on Christmas Eve (during the day) to unclog our kitchen drain...which was amazing, since we had family coming to dinner that night. Brian & Xavier were on time, cleaned out the drain & even when underneath the house (it was raining!!) to double check the pipes. They did a camera through the entire drain to the main cleanout, just to make sure there wasn't any blockages beyond the kitchen. I will be contacting them again when I have any plumbing issue!

He took the time to explain the issue clearly, walked me through the options, and made sure I understood the work that needed to be done. What stood out most was his attention to detail and genuine care for doing the job right. He worked efficiently, kept the area clean, and ensured everything was functioning perfectly before he left. It’s rare to find a technician who combines skill, transparency, and great customer service so seamlessly. I truly appreciate the quality of service Christian provided and wouldn’t hesitate to call Mr. Rooter Plumbing again. Highly recommended.
Excellent experience from start to finish. I needed my kitchen sink faucet replaced urgently. The person scheduling appointments was able to get somebody over to my house within an hour. The technician (Bryant) was able to explain the quote incomplete the repairs in no time at all. Very professional, courteous knowledgeable, great attitude and went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with the repairs. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
