I am very pleased with the prompt and excellent service of Mr Rooter plumbing. On December 15, I had a couple of busted pipes. And after contacting other plumbers, Mr Rooter was the only one that responded quickly!!! And, I am so very pleased with my “ Favorite plumber, Mr Jacob Phillipe”. He is such a warm, courteous and helpful young man. He eased all my worries and concerns about everything that needed to be done for the damage from the busted pipes inside my home!! I am very, very pleased!!! Highly recommend!!! 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Mr. Rooter Plumbing Co. was a pleasant experience. I called 4 different plumbing companies of which all said they wouldn’t be able send a technician out until the next day between 1:00pm and 3:00pm. However, when I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing a representative was at my house within the hour. Patrick E. was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, and knowledgeable in what my situation was. He understood my situation and was sympathetic to my stress. He presented four different plans to remedy the problem, I appreciated that. As he walked me through the details of the process, he gained my trust and confidence. Because this was on a Friday, I suspected that the situation wouldn’t be taken care of until Monday, that would mean I would be without water to the house for the weekend. But Patrick made a call and was able to find a crew to come the next morning (Saturday) at 8 AM to start the job. The next morning, the crew did show up at 8:14 in the morning and started work. I was amazed! The two man crew, Cortez, and Tank, started right away. They were very professional in their duties. It was impressive to see how they worked and more impressive that they finished what I thought would be an all day job in just four hours. Would I recommend Mr Rooter Plumbing Co. in future plumbing needs? Most definitely! I am very satisfied with the work that was done and impressed how quickly it was taken care of.
I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! The team from Tom plumber Memphis and Amber Sheperd was professional, punctual, and went above and beyond to fix my plumbing issue. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and left the area spotless when they were done. It’s rare to find such honest and reliable service these days. I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends and family — they’ve earned a lifelong customer!
I was very pleased with the service received from start to finish. I woke up with a leak in my kitchen and contacted Mr. Rooter. They were able to confirm my appointment via their online booking website, and Jeremiah arrived within two hours (probably sooner) of me contacting them. Jeremiah was able to quickly diagnose the problem, explain the problem, and gave me different pricing options (explaining each one and answering all of my questions multiple times). Once I decided on which option I was comfortable with, he was able to fix everything in a couple hours and even left my kitchen cleaner than how he found it. I appreciated Jeremiah’s quick response time, thoroughness, and professionalism. I will definitely be contacting them again if any additional problems pop up.

More importantly, he provided us with thoughtful options for replacement based on our needs and budget—something we truly appreciated. My wife had some concerns after reading that many plumbers don’t recommend using garbage disposals. Mr. Jackson addressed her questions respectfully and thoroughly, offering a balanced and professional perspective that gave us confidence in moving forward with our decision. Overall, Jeremiah did an excellent job. His knowledge, clear communication, and respectful demeanor made this a standout experience. We highly recommend his services and wouldn’t hesitate to call on him again for any future plumbing needs.
