Justin P and his co worker were very helpful and helped me out with my Navien combo boiler. Instead of buying replacement parts, he was able to work with Navien and get my boiler replaced for about the same price my parts would have costed if I bought the parts separately. He's very knowledgeable of combo boilers and how to get them installed. Great workmanship from Justin!
My furnace was not cycling properly. The tech came earlier than expected, and after some questions, began working. Turned out it just needed some adjustments and cleaning of the burners. It turned out to be a maintenance service call, which was fine. I thought the price I paid was a little high. However, I've never needed to call them back to correct any issues; they always get it right the first time. I would use them again.
I reached out through Mr. Rooter after seeing local advertisements, namely that they beat their competitors (infer a similar name?), and boy do they. I was tepid at first, my luck with plumbing companies hasn't been great. From the first contact to the end of the job, professional, courteous, kind, punctual, fair, open, honest, and transparent. Did i mention meticulous and clean, even for dirty jobs? Will (basically a master plumber in my eyes) and Cam (apprentice) were the lucky straw pullers. They replaced an entire sewage ejector chamber and pump, and even with some of those unexpected hurdles that cropped up, worked through it all and got our place back in order. After 2 years working through to now my third company, I can say resolutely that the team diagnosed and corrected our issue and concerns successfully. I recommend Mr. Rooter/Greenwood Plumbing wholeheartedly. (Note, the attached picture is prior to the finished concrete, which they also completed.).
Had a mostly excellent experience. Don't book through any site other than theirs as they sometimes don't get the information. Once you do book with them they communicate well to make sure you know they are coming. Charles was my plumber and he did a great job. He listened well and was very accommodating especially when I asked if he could do a few more jobs. Really appreciate the good work.
I have a membership with them. They come as soon as you call. The cast iron stack pipe in my 100+ year old house rusted out. As you can see from the photos, they cut out the rusted pipe & installed PVC. They responded promptly, gave me an estimate upfront & that is what I paid. They cleaned up when they were done. The repair man also noticed a leaking water line. He fixed that also. I have never been disappointed with Mr Rooter/Greenwood Plumbing.
