Jose got to the house on time. Then he got under the house and found the problem that he had to repair. Show me the problem with photos . Gave me the price . I agree then he fixed it. It was good that he called the company that would repair damage done to the house by the water spraying all over underneath the bathroom and surrounding areas. They came out and took all the measurements and documentation that I can give to my insurance so that they will pay for it. He had all the blowers with them so he set up blowers all over to dry up everything and I feel that everything is going well.
Mr. Rooter provided excellent service. Mike and Noe worked with us through every step of the repair explaining everything that needed to be done. Noe was upfront with letting us know of the possibility of any additional work that may need to be done. The plumbers were respectful of our home by protecting the surrounding area and cleaning up when the job was finished. We highly recommend Mr. Rooter.
We recently had a gas leak in our home, and Mr. Rooter Plumbing (Jose Lopez and his partner Angel Rojas), came out to handle the repair. From the start, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining the issue and how it would be fixed. Had a great experience with Omar M from Mr Rooter. My toilets were completely clogged and he showed up quickly, was professional, and got everything working again in no time. He explained what caused the problem, gave me tips to prevent it from happening in the future, and left everything clean when he was done. Very reliable and friendly service—I’d definitely call them again and highly recommend Omar M to anyone who needs plumbing help!
Mr. Rooter came to our home within 20 minutes of our call! We ended up needing a new toilet in our guest house and we also discovered that all of our original cast iron sewer pipes had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. All along the way, everything was thoroughly explained to us and we were allowed to look at the cameras so we could see the damage ourselves. The crews were respectful, friendly and efficient, leave our house clean at the end of each day. Noe, Jose and the rest of the guys are all the best!!!
