I had to leave shortly after Erin & Sydney arrived. I came to a beautifully clean and sparkling home. I am very satisfied.
Just opened a new business and thought we could clean it ourselves. We failed. We turned to Mrs clean and they deliver exceptional service. They are also very flexible. Would recommend to anyone.

I wrote a review via the link that Mrs Clean Pittsburgh sent me, incessantly until I filled out. Once I did—I remarkably did not see that review published to their Google profile for the public to see. I’m pretty sure this isn’t a legal thing to do, and I’m pretty sure that the 4.9/5 stars they have is most definitely fake. I’m most definitely certain that filtering your Google reviews, is illegal, but I digress. I will rewrite the review I left via their link, that was never published. I hired Mrs Clean Pittsburgh to clean my townhome, and requested a deep clean. I was given a 2-hr time window that they would arrive in. The girls showed up 10-min past that 2hr window. I have never, in all of the years of having service-related people to my house—have I had them show up outside of that window. I looked past it, because I was eager to have such a highly-rated company finally clean my house. The ladies were very kind and friendly and got to work. I was impressed by their communication and team work. I had to leave with about an hour remaining of the clean, for an appointment. When I got back to my house and started going through the checklist of things that they should clean for a deep clean, I noticed big things that were missed: the fronts of my kitchen appliances, baseboards/trim going down the steps—still covered in dust and coffee drips, ceiling fans (one not touched at all), the master bath—behind the sink wasn’t touched, trim, and dust on top of cabinet drawers. Baseboards in the foyer, untouched—cobwebs, etc, etc, etc. I let them know that these spots were missed, and they sent the girls back the following day to touch up those spots. When the girls arrived, this time 15-min past the 2-hour window, and proceeded to stand outside and talk for 10 more minutes, I assumed that this was the MO. Once they got inside, I started to list off the things that were missed, and was told: “well, we only have 20min to get all of this done—so I’m not sure how much of this we can do, but we’ll do our best.” Ummmm, what?! I paid nearly $600 for this job, and it was completely— not done. I left a review, much like the one above, and was never contacted again from this company. I own my own business, myself—and should a customer EVER be unsatisfied with ANYTHING—I always make it right. Always. Not just sweep it under the rug and hope they forget about it. No. Apparently now a-days expecting a good, high quality job from a company is few and far between. I am extremely disappointed. Please, if you are considering hiring this company—don’t. Save your time and money.
I would recommend Mrs. Clean Pittsburgh! I had a first time deep clean done. They were very easy to schedule with, and the team (Kayla and Carerra) did a great job cleaning. They were thorough and super kind. I will be scheduling with them again.
