Ms. Galina has been an excellent viola teacher for our son for the past two years! I really appreciate her approach - she provides structure and encouragement, while also holding him accountable for his work. She worked with him to correct some bad habits he picked up from virtual school instruction over COVID and he discovered a new confidence in his playing! He has progressed incredibly and is excited to learn new and challenging music. On top of all that, Ms. Galina is a warm and friendly face, and we always look forward to seeing her!

Galina has been a wonderful violin teacher for our daughter (now in college) for more than 14 years. Galina is an amazing violinist and an excellent teacher, encouraging, patient, and positive. At a very early age, our daughter expressed interest in learning to play the violin, and Galina nurtured her curiosity about music and the instrument. We've seen a tremendous growth, from the early songs enthusiastically played on the very small violin to difficult pieces played during high school concerts. Our daughter was always looking forward to her violin lessons, and happy to perform. We have been blessed to have Galina as a constant presence in our daughter's life, from kindergarten all the way through high school.

Our daughter started taking violin lessons with Galina when she was four years old, and they hit it off immediately. Playing the violin at Galina's was her favorite weekend activity, and she'd never willingly skip a lesson! Fifteen years later, Galina is like family to us. My daughter is now in college, but we all still stay in touch on a regular basis. Galina is not only a wonderful teacher for students of all ages (from kindergarteners to senior citizens), caring, encouraging, and patient, but also a highly talented and very accomplished professional violinist. We are very fortunate to have met her all those years ago, and have her as a teacher and one of our family's best friends!
