Ms. Marian's Dance Garden est un studio convivial situé au 5841 Geary Blvd, San Francisco, dans le quartier de Richmond. Il propose des cours pour tous les âges — des bébés aux adultes — en mettant en valeur la confiance en soi, la discipline et la créativité dans un environnement chaleureux. Les élèves se produisent tout au long de l'année, aboutissant à un récital de printemps ; des cours d'essai sont disponibles, avec un enseignement patient de Mme Marian et Mme Nika.

My toddler has danced with ms Marian for 1.5 years and it is by far his favorite class. We’ve progressed from the infant class to the Pre-K class and it’s been a delight to see my child’s growth. Ms Marian offers a wonderful balance of discipline and fun that keeps him engaged and learning. I love how the class is focused on the fundamentals, and especially like that the kids aren’t bouncing around to overly loud music.As another review says, Ms Marian really sees and brings out the best in each child and treats everyone kindly with a nurturing touch. The space itself is welcoming and thoughtfully designed including a cozy corner with teas, reading books, and small toys for family members who may rest while their kids dance. I highly recommend this studio.

My daughter and I approve of posting her picture. My daughter has attended Ms. Marian’s Dance Garden since she was five. I appreciate this ballet studio for its personal, artistic touch—Ms. Marian and the parents and children decorate beautifully for every recital. I enjoy helping prepare the decorations, and the children have a great time. Ms. Marian is incredibly talented and excellent with kids; the tuition is reasonable and the students learn a lot.

A+++!! I recommend Ms. Marian’s Dance Garden wholeheartedly. My daughter is almost 4 years old and in her second class at DG with Ms. Marian. She looks forward to her class every week. I just started Ballet FIT and am loving it as well. I always wanted dance instruction so this is a great opportunity. Ms. Nika is patient and supportive.

My daughter has been taking dance classes with Ms. Marian for at the past two years. Ms. Marian is great at keeping her students focused and you can tell she genuinely loves working with kids. At the end of most classes there is a short performance for the caretaker to watch. My daughter is always excited for class and she’s looking forward to also joining Ms Marian’s sewing bees classes in the fall

What may appear as a humble dance studio in an unassuming building along Geary Blvd is actually a place of tremendous value in our beloved Richmond district. Ms. Marian is a visionary, and her Dance Garden is masterfully executed with plans to expand into the currently vacant street level space with a Performing Arts Center. Her studio offers a wide range of classes, engaging babies through adults, and she teaches sewing and offers camps when schools are on break-- truly a unique combination. The DG's classes and high quality instructors somehow strike the ideal balance--fun and engaging while still emphasizing technique, challenging without excessive pressure or competitiveness, and plenty of opportunities for our dancers to take on leadership roles. We have been a part of the DG family for 5+years and the experience has benefitted my daughters tremendously! Brava and encore!
