This firm requires a lot of reminders to follow up and abide to deadlines. It's incredibly frustrating given the amount of funds you pay for a lawyer. I believe you can find a better practice to be best represented. I have received very harsh emails from the lawyer that represented me on multiple occasions to the effect that I went to therapy for it because it caused so much anxiety. It's ironic because your lawyer is supposed to be there for you to ease this feeling. Really disappointed.
