Taylor and Josh S moved me out of my office with efficiency, patience, expertise and a smile. A huge old desk, and multiple other substantial pieces of furniture were packed up and moved in they labeled boxes well and navigated the snow around our place so competently! Also, Joe, on the phone was also kind, informative, patient as we scheduled the day. I will definitely use them for another move I need to do. Thank you so very much!!!
The MVM Toledo crew did a fantastic job on our recent move. Noah and Nick were friendly, expert movers who worked hard and carefully packed the moving van. Noah drove the truck to our new home and went out of his way to ensure that the move was smooth and that everything arrived safe and sound. Brian was a great help in setting up the move and making sure all our questions were answered and that the move went well. We were very happy with MVM Toledo and would highly recommend them.
The crew from MVM was fantastic! Nico, Josh C, and Mike were efficient, pleasant, and very careful of our possessions ! And careful of our new home. They were also very accommodating! Anything we asked of them ,they did with a pleasant attitude! They also were very concerned of iur well beinf and told us they would take care of anything we needed. Joe was our go to guy and helped us immensely setting up our move, even when we had to move it back two days. We will be needing another move in a few weeks because a two man crew will definitely be asking for Nico, and Josh C.
MVM Moving & Storage made our move seamless. As a local realtor, I had plenty of moving companies to choose from. Pre-moving was made easy with the totes they provided to start packing items in advance of the move date. The staff/movers were courteous and helpful, always asking where to move items to, which room they would go in, etc. Post-moving was completed with followup from the office/staff making sure any of our needs were completed and questions answered. I would definitely use MVM again, and recommend them to all my clients.
Noah explained services and order of events very well, and he efficiently coordinated with another office to make my move happen on a short timeframe. Seeing their massive 26’ branded truck immediately gave me confidence and my 10x20’ storage unit easily fit. Driver Anthony and assistant carefully blanketed & moved my 3+ bedrooms of furniture and 40+ boxes onto their truck. They drove to another state and efficiently unloaded. I did have one minor problem and manager Brian took care of me. The one thing I would recommend to the company is supplying drivers with iPads for customers to sign for pickup and drop off and payment collection instead of using drivers’ cell phones, which was hard to see. Outside of that, top notch service, would highly recommend and enjoy working with the same team again.
