Brittany completely helped transform my skin with the microneedling treatment. She is so knowledgeable and I am so glad I found her!
The biggest problem with my service was that Brittany reuses the wax sticks, contaminating the wax pot she uses with multiple clients. This unsanitary practice, coupled with the large patches of hair remaining on my legs and my eyebrows being visibly uneven, had me walking to the parking lot in tears. I will not be returning, even after I was so hopeful after contacting and scheduling with her via Instagram.
After years of looking for a knowledgeable Esti I think I hit the jackpot! My waxing experience was one like none others. This was the quickest, most painless waxing experience.
I was in town for a wedding but didn’t have time to get waxed before I left home. I did a search for waxing place close to where I was and this little place came. Brit had great reviews so I gave her a call. She was completely booked for the weekend but she worked me into her schedule and she did not disappoint. Her studio was clean, decorated nicely, and had a good vibe. She was very friendly, easy to talk to, and true to other reviews, good and fast. I will definitely keep her in my contacts in case I need additional services next time I visit Indy.
I'm thrilled with my experience at My Little Secret, and Britt herself! Her waxing is consistently pain-free and quick, and her microneedling services are nothing short of miraculous. After just one session, my skin texture improved, and breakouts on my chin, unresponsive to other treatments, noticeably reduced. Britt excels at creating a comfortable atmosphere and showcases true professionalism. I'm looking forward to more microneedling sessions given the immediate and effective results.
