Outstanding service – above and beyond! We were completely stuck in the car park right in front of the MyCar Auto & Tyre shop with a flat tyre and only a self-care tyre repair kit. Despite being very busy, Reid took the time to make space for us, assess the situation, and fix our car so we could get back on the road. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help in a stressful situation truly stood out. Thanks to Reid, we were able to continue our drive and actually enjoy our weekend instead of being stranded. Exceptional customer service and a genuine credit to MyCar. Highly recommended!

Huge thank you to Jack and the team at MyCar Braddon. While visiting Canberra we discovered one wheel was missing three of five bolts!!! As a MyCar customer from Melbourne, I called the Braddon store and Jack said, “Bring it straight in.” He assessed it immediately and had us safely back on the road within 30 minutes. What MyCar did well: speed, transparency, and genuine customer care. Jack’s calm approach and problem-solving under pressure turned a potential multi-day delay into a same-day fix. With a less customer-focused business we could have been stranded. I’m grateful for the help and it reinforces why I’m loyal to MyCar. Jack was super helpful and took the time to have a look at my car, which has been making a funny noise. He was able to quickly give me a diagnosis, and even suggested I should be pursuing a warranty claim through my dealership, rather than repairing with them. Brilliant service to not even a paying customer! Really appreciate it and highly recommend these guys :)
