We had a wonderful experience with MyProMovers from start to finish. As we were preparing for our move, they promptly set up a time to do a video call to scan the house and provide a customized moving estimate. Nate was professional and prompt, answering all of my questions. They also price-matched to other competitor rates, which helped me know that I was getting a good deal. A few days leading up to the move date, the communication was great. The crew arrived on time and they were very efficient. They carefully wrapped all of the furniture and disassembled pieces in a prompt manner. Jay’s crew was fantastic! We had a great experience with this moving company! Not to mention it was a cold and foggy day. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and so easy to work with. They handled all of my belongings with extreme care and made what is usually a stressful day feel completely seamless. The movers were friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was exactly where we wanted it. We can’t recommend them highly enough — a truly excellent experience!
My Pro Movers DC is amazing. Paulo and his crew went above and beyond to make sure that my move went smoothly! Paulo and the team effectively moved a 2 bed and 2 bath/ 1300 square foot apartment in 2 hours! Not only did the crew move everything safely and quickly, these guys did it under pressure. My former apartment/ leasing office failed to notify everyone that there would be construction going on, (specifically the stairs at the main entrance of my unit… and I lived on the 4th floor!) but these guys weren’t even phased. The entire team was professional and funny. I definitely recommend using these guys for all of your moving and storage needs!
Adrian Marco and Javier were on time and communicated well with us.. they took time in protecting our furniture and transported it with care! They were conscientious of time, but did not hurry to complete the job haphazardly! I recommend this team of individuals for anyone to use in their move, and if I have more items, I will be requesting them by name! Thanks guys!!
We just had my pro movers move our hot tub for us as we are replacing the deck. All the guys were extremely polite and professional!! We will for sure have them back to put it for us 😊👍👍👍 highly recommended!!
