We had an Amazing experience working with Matt Beasley and Nailed It Roofing...from day 1 thru completion Matt kept us informed and frequently checked in on us both in person or over the phone. We had never completed an insurance project prior to this, we've owned several homes over the past 28yrs, Matt was there to guide us through the process. We ended up completing a full roof replacement, with many upgrades, gutters and gutter guards...we did hit a few unexpected issues that the Nailed It team resolved without missing a beat. I recently had my roof replaced and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Matt was professional from start to finish, arriving exactly when he said they would and completing the project within 2 days. Matt's communication was excellent—kept me informed at every stage, answered all my questions promptly, and made sure I understood the process. After inspection, I found some issues that weren't up to standard so I called Matt, and he had his team come back out and fix it properly.
