Great piercing experience with friends. Bella and Maddie were so helpful from start to finish and made everything feel easy and comfortable. Super friendly staff and a really positive vibe. We all had a great experience and would definitely come back.

i got my earlobes and navel pierced, the piercer was really nice especially since i was really fidgety with the belly piercing ! the reason for four stars is because i thought i was getting the 2 for 90 deal online recommended by my friend as she had done it a week prior and had a great experience so i booked and paid the ten dollar deposit but after the piercing i was charged 136 not including the 20 dollar tip and ten dollar deposit. i didn’t notice it wasn’t the right price until later this evening otherwise i would’ve spoken up but it would’ve been nice to know if the deal wasn’t valid or the piercings were going to be more expensive before i got them done 🥲 edit: don’t know how to respond to the response for the owner but i forgot to add that any price change was not discussed beforehand for the piercing as when the piercer asked what 2 piercings did i want i stated lobes and navel and was under the impression that both lobes counted as 1 since she did not say anything otherwise when i said this. but i understand and im fine with the price change just wish it was discussed beforehand 👍👍 edit 2: so this morning i saw that the piercer missed the hole she was supposed to repierce lol

I went for my first time there and got a flat and helix piercing. She listened to my placement and was also very honest and upfront about the healing process. The service was quick and efficient and she made it easy by giving me breathing cues. Will definitely will be going back!

I had an amazing experience at Namesake! My artist, Shawn, really listened to my ideas, made thoughtful suggestions, and made sure the design was authentic and exactly what I wanted. The whole process was smooth, clean, and comfortable. I even gave Shawn free rein to add colours, his artist touch made it turn out beautifully. Now, 3 weeks post-healing, I couldn’t be happier with the results! This studio truly feels like home, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for incredible artistry, a positive atmosphere and great accommodations; in His Namesake! 🙏
