Not sure if it's Nancy but the lady that helps me has remembered my name and phone number every time I drop off my clothes. Very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend using this establishment.
I brought a Coach coat in for a 24 hour turn around on dry cleaning. When I received it back it had several red orange stains on the collar, body, and sleeve, long black animal hair on it, and black marks at the bottom of the coat. The woman said she saw her boss take my coat in and that her boss promised it to me by end of day the next day, but the woman said she didn’t want to do it for me. As a person of color, that sounded very racist to me. The woman said I was obligated to give it back to them and allow them four more days to fix the damage to the coat, which I could not accommodate. I asked her to provide me the pink slip so I could take a picture of it. She refused. I told her I wanted my money back due to the damage to the coat. She also refused this. The manager did not seem to be around or available. I would not trust anything expensive to this place. They aren’t honest about what they do with your items and don’t seem to care if they damage your items.
Brilliant technical work. I had 2 suit jackets that needed sleeves shortened+ Nancy showed me & took care of the additional details to the cut that so they would hang better on my frame . The material of these jackets was challenging: referred to as "BeyondSoft fabric. A blend of TENCEL™ Modal, Polyester and Spandex.... the flexibility of scuba fabric but with a luxurious, soft-as-suede touch" quick, friendly in-store service Of note: do call 1 day prior to expected pick up to ensure it's ready. Mine wasn't when I called, so I picked it up 1 day later (my fail safe plan allowed for it!) To their credit, they mentioned that it was good practice to call in to check on progress just in case. I will absolutely return and highly recommend!
Nancy's (really Kim) did a great job of re-hemming my dress this year. Five years ago, Kim did a fabulous job of taking silk fabric and making two dresses and sheer silk fabric to make jackets for those dresses. I wore one to my son's wedding. Kim's quite a fabulous seamstress. She made those dresses by me just telling her what I wanted. I did not supply a pattern. I highly recommend her.
I’m a regular here, but I’m beginning to not like this place. First, they are overpriced. I am OK with the overpricing if they do a good job. But no, lately they haven’t. The pants I had altered ripped at the seams as soon as I wore them. When I brought them back, Nancy had the audacity to ask me if I had them repaired there when I had just picked up the pants from her a few days earlier. Kim chimed in to say she never saw me before. She is so rude and needs a lot of training in customer service. I am done with this place. There are other cleaners in the area. I’m taking my business elsewhere and so should you.
