Dr. Merritt and her team are exceptional and truly lead with compassion and knowledge. After experiencing secondary infertility—following a first pregnancy that happened within months of trying to conceive—our journey to have a second child was much more difficult. I suffered three miscarriages due to chromosome issues, likely related to my age and declining egg quality, and ultimately turned to IVF with PGT testing. From the very beginning, Dr. Merritt was attentive, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable—not only about the reproductive cycle, but also about how to integrate Chinese medicine and herbal support alongside IVF. I am beyond grateful that I found Dr. Merritt and her team in April 2025. Within just a few months, my AFC increased from 12 to 21, and my AMH rose from 0.77 to 1.03. At my age, I know this was not a coincidence. Working with NHRH included targeted supplements to support my overall health and hormone balance, Chinese herbs used at different phases of my cycle, red light therapy, and consistent acupuncture care. After three failed IVF rounds prior to meeting Dr. Merritt, my fourth round in August was successful—and I am now 17 weeks pregnant. Dr. Merritt and her team were exactly what I was searching for. They truly understand the reproductive system at its core and know how to support it in a gentle, thoughtful, and highly targeted way.
After years of confusing symptoms, I finally decided to find a holistic fertility center to get answers and luckily ended up at NHRH. From the start I was paired with Dr. Brigitte Sacco who listened to my history, asked the right questions and was able to quickly diagnose me with PCOS. With the diagnosis came a plan and most importantly the mental/emotional support I needed to move through this challenging season. On the days my appts weren’t aligned with Brigitte’s availability, I had the pleasure of working with the other doctors in the clinic and each are equally talented and genuinely caring. Trent and the front desk team are just as gentle and kind too. Brigitte’s knowledge and personal experience shines through every visit. She is relatable, transparent, and caring. She connected me with a partner of the clinic to help me get additional imaging and prescriptions which has tremendously helped in the work we are doing together too. On my last visit, I literally called my husband to say “thank God it’s Brigitte” bc idk where I’d be without her support. 💗 Honestly, reproductive struggles can feel like silently drowning but NHRH is a life raft. They provide hope and clarity when you feel like you’re spiraling. Every symptom I’ve brought up has been quickly addressed with confidence. PCOS has been a rough adjustment for my body & mind, but having a team to lean on has helped smooth out so many worries. If you’re on the fence about investing, this is your sign to give them a shot at being on your team too!
I am SO GRATEFUL that I found Natural Harmony, and specifically Dr. Erin Sandoval who has supported me with a comprehensive fertility plan before and during my pregnancy. I was so afraid of acupuncture before starting, and Dr. Erin has made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed for every visit. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Brigitte Sacco. After experiencing a missed miscarriage and D&C, I was emotionally and physically drained. Dr. Sacco guided me through that incredibly difficult time with such compassion, patience, and care. She not only helped me heal but also supported me in preparing my body to try again — and I’m beyond grateful to say I got pregnant on the first try! Now, I’m expecting a baby girl in April and truly believe I couldn’t have done it without her. Her acupuncture sessions were the most calming part of my week — I always left feeling centered, hopeful, and at peace. Dr. Sacco truly holds your hand through every step of the process, especially during the scary and uncertain moments. I cannot recommend Natural Harmony enough. It is hard to put into words how grateful I am for the team at Natural Harmony. They have both physically and emotionally supported my husband and I through our fertility journey. They have made me feel at home from my first appointment and are always happy to answer any questions or give advice. The entire team is so knowledgeable. Acupuncture has become part of my weekly routine over the past year and a half and I look forward to going every week. When I started acupuncture I was looking to improve my hormone levels. After about 6 months of treatments and herbs they had more than doubled. Not only have I seen an improvement in my hormone levels due to acupuncture but I have seen an improvement in my stress levels, my sleep, and my cycle.
