I had a wonderful head spa session. The experience was calm, professional, and very thoughtfully done. The staff were kind and attentive which made the entire visit feel comfortable and well cared for. The treatment itself was relaxing and effective, and I left feeling refreshed. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a high-quality, professional head spa experience.

I had an incredible experience at this head spa! The atmosphere was calming from the moment I walked in, and the treatment itself was deeply relaxing. My scalp and head felt lighter, refreshed, and so much more open afterward. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and made the whole visit feel special. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to anyone needing a reset and some true self-care.
I found this spa based on the Google reviews and was delighted that they could accommodate a last minute booking on the same-day as we'd be in the area. The service was exceptionally friendly and communicative via text message to arrange the surprise treatment for my mother, which was actually accommodated beyond their normal operating hours. We chose the 'Pampering' option which included a mini facial, hair wash, blow dry and the added scalp/shoulder/arm massage. They were very thoughtful and checked in several times for the level of pressure. I particularly enjoyed that a warm eye mask was applied and a blanket was provided after you dressed in a satin gown for additional comfort - not to mention the products smelled amazing! Both therapists went above and beyond to provide a memorable experience for us and were genuinely kind and hardworking. We mistakenly thought we left something and they even arranged to drive back after the shop had long closed which showed their level of customer care. The value and service was well worth it for those who enjoy a quaint and wholesome experience.
My friends and I went here for a spa day. 2 of them got the headspa and I got the clarifying back facial/scrub. The back treatment came with a massage as well. It was very relaxing and almost put me to sleep lol. The staff was very friendly!! And the services are priced well!!
