I just had my first massage and cupping with Lucy and she was amazing. I already made another appt for next week and will be trying hot stone as well. Definitely recommend!!
OMG!! May is absolutely amazing. I came in with a sore neck and shoulder blade and lower back stiffness. Along came “May” with the most magical hands. I’m pretty muscular but she got out all the spasms and concentrated on the areas I didn’t even know was stiff. May - is kind, professional and is the best at her profession. I will be coming back (if) she’s working. This place is a must. Hot stones rub by May is beyond this world. Tip was well earned.
Genuinely the best massage I’ve had not just in PSL but in Florida. Environment was relaxing, staff was kind, but most of all the massages were fantastic. My body feels so much better and I will be a returning customer. We got a couples massage because my husband had some intense neck pain going in that he’s had for days, and now he’s sitting here pain free. Thank you!!
***EDIT REVIEW I just looked at my back and noticed I have a bruise on my upper back. UNACCEPTABLE I arrived for my appointment at 9:00 a.m. and the experience was disorganized from the beginning. The front desk staff could not locate my gift certificate, which delayed check-in. I had specifically requested a package, yet I was repeatedly questioned about what I wanted instead of the service being clearly prepared. When I entered the massage room, the therapist came in abruptly and began the massage immediately. Within about ten minutes, she stated she was hot and left the room to turn on the AC, then returned and resumed the massage. Shortly after, she asked if I wanted essential oils and informed me it would be an additional $10, which was not disclosed beforehand. When she left the room to get the oils, the door was left open while I was exposed on the table, which made me extremely uncomfortable. Client privacy should never be compromised during a massage. I requested a Swedish massage with medium pressure, but the pressure was far too intense and painful. I am still experiencing significant soreness. While some post-massage soreness can be normal, this did not feel appropriate for the type of massage I requested. During the facial, the provider spoke to me at the end of the service, which disrupted the relaxation. When someone books a massage and facial, the expectation is a calm, quiet environment throughout unless conversation is invited. Overall, the experience lacked organization, clear communication, professionalism, and consideration for client comfort and privacy. I would not return and would not recommend this location.
My fiancé booked us a couples massage for my birthday. We didn’t catch the names of the women who did our massages but they did an amazing job. I feel like a whole new person lol. We did the hot stone massage with aromatherapy. The hot stones were lovely and everything was very relaxing. We felt very comfortable, those ladies do amazing work. I can’t wait to come back!
