I took my mother and myself to the Nature's Energy Bathhouse, to treat ourselves to a moment of relaxation and I can confidently say it was wonderful. Upon entering the staff member was very sweet and welcoming to us, moving into the locker/changing rooms, they are so nice and clean, I could fall asleep in there if I could. Moving onto the actual bathhouse their recommended process was very relaxing, my personal favorite was the steam room, same with my mother and the cold baths were unsurprisingly very cold, but they were great! We managed to try all their offered services, all of which were at a calm meditative high standard. Overall as a first bathhouse experience, this was flawless, I ended buying some of their scrubbing salts, as I was taken away by the salts inside. We will definitely be trying to come back again, cause i think I've just found my new go-to bathhouse.
Just had the most incredible massage from Kung, 60 minutes of pure heaven. The amount of pressure was perfect, I left feeling so relaxed and pain free. Could not recommend enough. The bathhouse was beautiful. We will be back!
Lovely place to spend a quiet morning. I have been thinking to go to bath house but only recently realised there’s one quite close and convenient to my place. Easy online booking, and great early morning price. Clean place, and lovely details inside. They have bath pool, sauna, infra red sauna, steam room and light therapy. Would love to come back again more regularly.
I highly recommend this wellness space. I visited for my birthday and was incredibly impressed by the tranquil, soothing atmosphere and the freedom to explore various wellness experiences. The salt scrub was exceptional, and after my first red light therapy session, I woke up completely free of lower back pain. I’ll certainly be returning regularly.
We booked the Escape for Two package for a day date and it was wonderful. 1 hour massage and an hour using the bathhouse was the perfect combination for the ultimate morning of relaxation. The massage therapists were amazing and plenty to experience in the bathhouse - sauna, infrared sauna, steam, red light therapy, cold plunge and the salt scrub was a wonderful addition. I could have spent all day in there! Even the change facilities were gorgeous and clean, I saw staff members on multiple occasions coming into the bathhouse and cleaning/checking everything was in order. I can't wait to come back! Thank you for a wonderful service and experience.
