Mina was fantastic! I had the MOST relaxing facial and my skin is lovely and smooth.

Rebecca was very professional and kind doing my THERMAGE facial. I had faith and confidence in her abilities to carry out the procedure. Tyler went above and beyond in taking care of me with some of the discomfort during the procedure, with ice packs and a stress ball. She also went all the way to the car park to extend the time for me. I was so touched and grateful. I am pleased with the results of my treatment and also knowing that the results improve with time too. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend the NEO CLINIC. Thank you so much.
I had a facial today. While the treatment itself was fine and the staff member Rebecca was genuinely lovely and very helpful, I was a bit disappointed that the session, which was supposed to last 90 minutes, only took 60mins at last. I really appreciate the service and kindness, but I don’t think I’ll return for facials in the future. That said, I’d still be happy to come back for other skin clinic treatments!
