I came in to repair my screen and only my screen. However the people here "Tuned up" my laptop against my wishes and without telling me and now all my drivers are screwed and my laptop move Infinity slower. I will never come back here.

So I called Nerds up a few months ago since my PC wouldn't post! Happy I took my PC there! Came back brand new and fixed! Nick was very helpful and wired my PC up correctly! Definitely recommend them! Customer service is 100%!

This place is fantastic! They really know what they are doing in terms of computers. Darius and his team really came together to provide great service! I am a contractor in town for 3 days doing an installation, and we supplied our high end client with a computer. This computer shut down on me at the end of my first day - called “nerds on call computer repair” and they surprisingly had an appointment the next morning. They did tell me it would take anywhere from 2-5 business days to diagnose and repair. Being in town for only 3 days, this was not ideal as I would have to fly back to finish my job. Upon arriving and dropping off my computer with “ the nerds”, explaining my situation and client I was working for, they tried their hardest to fix quickly but still stated it would be another day before they had a solution. To my surprise, they called me 5hrs later with a positive update that they had diagnosed and identified the problem and they could have my Computer fixed that day!! I had the computer back in my possession and fixed within 6 hours! They knew their stuff, very competent and knew what they were doing with high end, high tech computers. I highly recommend to anyone! and if I am ever in the area again with computer issues, I know who to go to. Thank you all again! Very appreciative.
