Brought in a winter jacket to get cleaned. The said they would call when it’s ready and would be a couple of days. Keep in mind they seemed bothered when I showed up. 2 weeks later…no call, so I called them to be told it was ready and the person hung up before I could even finish talking. I went in today to pick it up, once again I seemed to bother them. The coat was still dirty on the sleeves and around the neck area. On top of that, they charged me double what I usually pay for elsewhere. I wonder how they have so many good reviews…

Brought in an old jacket that meant a lot to me to have the lining redone. I had some fabric that wasn’t quite the right match, but they worked their magic and found something even better. The lining looks brand new. Impressive craftsmanship and amazing work ethic; worth every penny. Highly recommended!
