Our purchase of Melbourne properties in 2016 were handled by Nevile & Co. Lawyers (a well established legal firm in Collin Street, Melbourne CBD)when we stayed in Hong Kong. The fully paid up properties land certificates were held in the firm until 2022. We were confident that everything are in safe hands. In October 2025 we changed our minds to put the properties for sale. We stayed overseas during the transaction. Nevile & Co. I used Neville & Co. Lawyers to conveyance a property I'd purchased in the Melbourne CBD, and I'm extremely glad I did!
