Hiring Rebecca was the absolute best investment we made throughout our entire wedding planning journey! She is incredibly meticulous to the bone and when things felt overwhelming, she always met us with a calm confidence that really helped us enjoy not only the day, but also the whole planning process! Rebecca truly had myself and my husbands wants/needs at the forefront of her mind and we always felt listened to and prioritized. I had a big picture vision for our day and Rebecca did the work to help me with all of the little details that brought it to life. There were countless instances that Rebecca reminded us of things we would have completely forgotten, and her To-Do list was my north star for months before the wedding. She really made us feel prepared and confident throughout the process and on The Day I felt completely at ease. I lost count of how many times someone would ask me a question about the timeline or whether or not something was handled and I would reply "Rebecca's got it" becuase she always did! She is truly so good at what she does, which is an incredibly difficult job. I couldn't recommend her more.
Rebecca is THE BEST!! I really don't think there's a better wedding planner... her attention to all of the fine details while also keeping an eye on the overall timeline is extremely impressive. HER TIMING is seriously commendable. We had two venues, a wedding ceremony and a tea ceremony, two modes of transport, two musical acts, lion dancers, and more! She made sure everything was exactly on time, and after ALL of that, the last speech ended at the exact time she predicted. HER ATTITUDE is exactly what you want in a planner: positive, communicative, and professional. She runs a tight ship with all vendors and support so you can just relax and actually enjoy your wedding day. HER EXPERTISE on multicultural weddings was so necessary and important for us. She helped us consider all of the different customs to include and coached us through doing a very special tea ceremony. She also provided recommendations for lion dancers, which were a huge hit. HER VENDOR RECS are amazing!! Rebecca also comes with an impeccable rolodex of vendors. Everyone we worked with was so professional and NICE. Her paper product company even had the idea to include those tiny lanterns with the name cards, how cute! It was a joy from planning to finish. We'll have to plan a vow renewal just so we can work with her again!
WOW!!! I am so overjoyed we went with Rebecca and her team for our East meets West wedding weekend. She threaded the timeline needle with all of our vendors and multiple wedding locations down to the very minute! She integrated multicultural traditions, designed a whimsical wedding theme, and navigated last-minute city road closures, all while keeping the bride and groom calm as a cucumber. Thank you so much, Rebecca!!!
If you think you do not need a wedding planner or are second guessing who to choose, the best decision you could make is working with Rebecca and New Creations. Worth everything and more! Cannot express how much gratitude we have for trusting Rebecca and New Creations with our dream wedding. As out of town/across the country brides (NYC) with eclectic vibes, we needed someone to handle all the ins and outs of a wedding with our tastes in WA. We met with Rebecca on zoom and found out that her wedding anniversary was the same date as our upcoming wedding and we knew it was fate. We chose the partial planning package and were given vendor contacts, timelines, budgets, and expectations immediately- so we knew what to expect over a year before the eventual day. Although she had a preferred vendor list, we never felt forced to only use the people from that list. Even introduced Rebecca to some new people who maybe will be added to the list now. Once we had discussed our vision, we were provided with a visual packet which included all the representations of colors, flowers, layouts, and feel for the day. Rebecca was always accommodating with meeting online, answering frantic calls/emails, and getting things done efficiently so we never had to worry leading up to the wedding. Truly so organized, prepared, and kind. During our onsite visits, she was there taking notes with us and communicating with the vendors for how to bring our vision to life. We never felt like no was an answer. The day before and day of, her and Katie took care of everything, from making sure families knew where to go and when, to dancing with foam lights with us past midnight. We had a massive vendor wedding with about 23 vendors. Rebecca took on the challenge and helped us plan our amazing wedding. I dont think anyone else would of been able to execute our wedding so flawless and perfect like Rebecca did! Thank you Rebecca for planning with us for a solid 14 months!!
