New Heights is an amazing place for people of all ages to dance and learn. Cassie is running a studio that encourages people to express and enjoy themselves. My children have been dancing with New Heights for several years and they always love their time there. New Heights is a great part of the neighborhood!
Update: I am updating my review now that I have been inspired to start my own dance journey with New Heights. The same welcoming feeling that our daughter experiences is the same one that I have been presented in my very first ballet class. I’ve spent 36 years of my life not being a dancer, but that doesn’t matter. Cassie is fun, understanding and knowledgeable about her craft. If you’re considering signing up for an adult basics class, just do it! I am not a prima ballerina by any means and yet New Heights still makes me feel excited about showing up and doing my best. You’ll gain confidence (and maybe even a friend or two) here. Old review: We love New Heights Dance Academy! Our five year olds favorite day of the week is dance class day. Everyone makes her feel so welcome.
My 3 and 5 year old have been taking classes at New Heights Dance Academy since they were old enough to enroll. We have loved our experience! Cassie & the other amazing teachers offer high quality training in a fun, encouraging, & accepting environment... exactly how a child's dance experience should be!
My 3 year old daughter started taking combo classes with Cassie and I now recommend New Heights Dance Academy at every opportunity. The environment of the studio is welcoming and positive with the focus of the dancers building confidence in themselves through the art of dance. It's apparent through the interactions that I've witnessed that all the instructors genuinely enjoy teaching. The skill set that Cassie enthusiastically teaches with such compassion towards the kids is evident in every single class. Enrollment and payment is simple, classes are very fairly priced and the value that I get in return as a parent watching my child learn and grow in a healthy, safe environment is everything I could ask for. Cassie has mastered the talent of being a skilled professional while incorporating her love of teaching dance.
Love NHDA! Thie 47-year old is so grateful for a place where I can take a true ballet class alongside other women who are simply full of joy for the chance to dance and feel great. Cassie has established a welcoming environment where people of all ages can try out (or pick back up again) a variety of dance styles. Plus, my little one has loved the dance camps this summer. We'll both be back in the Fall.
