I had my windows cleaned and the workers damaged a couple portions of newly installed gutters. I spoke with the owner who said they would get back to me regarding a solution but never did. Voicemails not returned and emails not returned. Update: The owner contacted their insurance company and we were able to get the issue resolved.

We tried this company for interior and exterior window cleaning. The technician peeled the paint off of the side of my window windows on the inside. And my house was freshly painted! In addition, I have to say I’ve never seen my exterior windows look so dirty. They were supposed to use a solution that was going to help prevent watermarks, you know like a rainx type of solution, I don’t know what they did or did not do but my windows just don’t look that good. Sad that I have to get it cleaned again. Especially since I spent almost $1000

Gutter and window cleaning: These photos were taken after the team came back not once but TWICE. At first I thought they just missed one gutter - so I called and they returned to clean the gutter. This picture was taken AFTER they came back a second time. Also - the house was splattered with mud and one gutter was dislodged. For the window cleaning - just as bad. Not only did they forget to do the two front windows of my house, they barely touched the window sills for those they did remember. Honestly the experience was so bad I was confused more than anything.

New Hope Window cleaning WOW! LOOK at Ryan cleaning roof skylights in photo! Ryan again in photo cleaning cathedral window! I took photos to show my husband what a great job the guys were doing! FANTASTIC DETAILED JOB!!! Brenden and Aiden were taking care of the windows and screens as well. What a great group young gentleman! On time, courteous, and worked while snow flurries came down!
