I started using the services of New Look Institutions earlier this year, and I’ve been thoroughly impressed ever since. The owner, Angeline, is a warm and attentive professional who takes the time to truly listen to her clients’ needs. My hairstylist, Rackel, has been absolutely wonderful. She’s cheerful, easy to talk to, and very approachable. Every time she styles my hair, I leave completely satisfied. She pays great attention to detail and always makes sure my requests are carefully fulfilled. I highly recommend New Look Institutions for their excellent service and friendly atmosphere.
Wow, I’m impressed and thankful for New Look Institute on Bascom Ave. I first arrived to them skeptical, after I experienced thinning and loss of hair in this past two years and didn’t know what to do. The ladies (so nice and accommodating) did an ultrasound on my scalp and explained to me what’s going on and the treatment options. I purchased a package of 12 scalp treatments including laser after each session. I’m only into the 5th session and I already see an improvement ! My hair has grown back gradually and looks more full and healthy !! My monthly scalp cleansing treatments are rejuvenating and relaxing as well as the laser. They also carry excellent healthy hair products for in-home maintenance. I recommend visiting this place if you ever begin to experience hair loss due to age, stress etc !!!
I love this place! I found it after moving to the area in 2018 and looked specifically for a place that sold the Capilia line. I have hair issues (trichotillomania) and needed someone knowledgeable in cutting and coloring damaged hair with other methods of highlighting (the cap versus foil). Too many places I’d been before had no idea how to color my hair because they were using the foil method and I didn’t have enough hair to pull that off. I've been seeing Rackel and love her. She knows her stuff. I trust that she will pick the perfect color for me and she does a phenomenal job in cuts and trims. I'll never go anywhere else!
