This escape room was hands-down the best I’ve ever done! From start to finish, the experience was immersive, challenging, and just the right mix of fun and suspense. The puzzles were creative and well thought out nothing felt repetitive or predictable. The atmosphere and set design were incredible; you really feel transported into the story. The staff were enthusiastic and added to the excitement, making it even more engaging. I’ve tried a few escape rooms before, but this one set the bar way higher. Highly recommend if you’re looking for the ultimate escape room experience! Done the manor and cabin, it was hard to beat the cabin with just 2 but we’ll be returning to beat it!

I work at a different escape room and love escape rooms. I've had a great experience both times I've gone. I played the Cabin 2.0 (22 min remaining) and The Blackwell Manor (14 min remaining) The stories were so immersive and it really got me into it. The staff were very helpful and were clear with rules, and very sweet as well. Overall 10/10 experience both times.

Two friends and I did Blackwell Manor by ourselves, and we finished with 7min to spare! So not too difficult for a small group. But it was the best and most fun escape room I have ever done by far. And the jump scares were better than top rated haunted houses! Very scary and exciting and fun. Not too easy or too hard, the hints were perfect! The staff was kind, and none of the props were run down or missing like I’ve seen in other escape rooms. We’ll definitely go back to try another room!

I've been to the New Mexico Escape Room three times now (the first two were at the Carlisle location in past years; this was the first at this location). We had a party of 8, which was good because it is helpful to have people/teams who can decipher the various puzzles and clues simultaneously. Now, if you have difficulty with confined spaces - this may not be for you (we were in Cabin 2.0 - so I'm not sure about others). Based on the website, Cabin 2.0 is one of the tougher ones, but over half of our party had done escape rooms (different rooms) with this business in the past. With all that, we got out successfully with just a couple of minutes to spare. Seriously, it was about 58 minutes, so very close. This is the second time I have booked this the day after Thanksgiving - so it is a fun way to get out of the house and have fun (though things can get contentious - but we are still speaking). I will do it again!

We had a super fun time! The room we chose was Blackwell Manor, which I feel was a great choice for people who are new to escape rooms. They recommend 4+ per session but we loved doing it just the two of us. The staff is super friendly and welcoming and their waiting area is really cool with plenty of seating, games, and even a vending machine. I was so impressed with how fun and awesome the escape room was. It is definitely worth the price! We’ll definitely be coming back :)
