I had my first visit here yesterday, and couldn't be happier. Alexa was the esthetician who gave me a hydrofacial. Overall amazing experience. Alexa was super friend and professional. My face feels amazing and more hydrated than prior to my appointment. The front staff was also super welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
Highly recommend New Skin YYC! Their pricing is very reasonable and transparent, it’s easy to find everything online. There’s absolutely no aggressive sales or pressure, which I really appreciate. I’d like to give a special shoutout to the receptionist first. She is amazing, always accommodating, keeps everything smooth and easy, and remembers the small details about customers. Sorry I didn’t get your name, but you’re truly the best! I had my first Botox experience with Anna, and she was very professional. She explained every step clearly, including the process and waiting time. We even had a little unspoken understanding- my goal was for my husband not to notice that I had anything done. Mission accomplished! The results look natural, and I can see the improvement perfectly. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a comfortable, trustworthy experience.
Shout out to Mackenzie at New Skin YYC. She is my secret weapon for maintaining my skin’s health and radiancy, especially during the dry winter months. I’ve just finished the first of three micro needling sessions. She takes great care of my skin and is a pro at what she does. Here’s a pic of my skin directly after the session. Can’t wait to see my skin glow in a couple of weeks.
I visited this beauty clinic for a facial appointment first thing in the morning and unfortunately left feeling underwhelmed. During my treatment, I noticed that a step was missed, as no eye cream was applied until I asked about it at the end. For a professional facial, I had expected the full service to be completed without having to raise this myself. In addition, the treatment itself felt slightly rushed, as I was not there for the full duration that had been quoted. Another concern was the state of the washroom. Even though my appointment was first thing in the morning, the floor had long black hairs on it, which gave me the impression that the facilities had not been properly cleaned beforehand. For a clinic that focuses on beauty and wellness, this lack of attention to cleanliness was surprising. On the positive side, the value for the facial itself was fair for the price point. However, the overall experience could have been much improved with better customer service. The front desk staff could have been more attentive and polite, and even small details — such as not having cream available for coffee — made the experience feel less polished. Lastly, I found it odd and unprofessional that I received a message after my treatment asking for a five-star rating. It felt pushy rather than genuine, especially given the concerns I had during my visit. Overall, while the treatment itself was adequate, the service, professionalism, and attention to detail did not match the standards I was expecting. With more focus on customer care, cleanliness, and authenticity in their approach, this clinic could offer a much better experience.
