Scheduling short notice was convenient. Loaner car was provided during service. Matt and Joe were both professional and courteous. Brake and rotor replacement cost was fair value and I'm pleased with the service provided.
Very positive experience with this shop! Very welcoming and Joe made sure to go through all the details on initial inspection and the team was quite thorough analyzing the problem to find the solution (which they did). Definitely going back for future check ups/repairs
I received a mailer with oil discounts that were significant so I decided to give them a try. I am so happy to have done so. The customer service is wonderful and transparent. Listening to how the front end guys interact with their customers is kind and transparent! Give them a go and you will be happy you did so.
I went to Newsman's many years ago when I was young and spent thousands fixing an old beater. At the time I was grateful. They saved my old car. I sold it not long after. I was spending more to fix it than it would ever be worth. Fast forward about 7 years, I've just had my car serviced at a euro specialist shop nearby, and I drive to Newman's because I remembered them. I only needed my emissions test done. I asked only for my emissions test done. They took well over an hour to get to my car. It failed because I hadn't driven enough miles for the car to have the proper information. But they charged me nearly $15 for a full car inspection that I did not ask for. Walked me under my car and pointed out an apparent transmission leak. Made me pay the inspection fee which I did not ask for. Friends, isn't transmission fluid red? That which I've yet to see leak from my car. They called me the next day to follow up. I asked yes, how far should I drive my car to have the appropriate levels for reading? They said they'd text me. They never did. I did my own research and went to a different shop. Passed Fine. So do what you will. But I will never go again to Newman's.
I called and was accommodated quickly. They did an outstanding job replacing both CV axles, front and rear tire alignment, and transmission flush and fill for my Chevrolet Equinox. Jessie was the customer service contact. His diagnostic and communication skills are excellent. He was furthermore courteous to drop me off and pick me up while my car was in the shop. I would highly recommend this shop for automotive work.
