Just had a wonderful experience with Jimmy & his dad , Peter. I had two rings that needed to be resized. Jimmy was very patient with making sure that the size was correctly measured to my liking . Both rings were done in a couple of hours and Peter checked in with me to make sure the rings fit perfectly . They also polished & cleaned the rings for me. I would highly recommend Nguyen Jewelry & Repair Studio & will definitely use them for any future jewelry repair!
This is a family-owned business that I would highly recommend to all my friends and family. Jimmy and his dad are honest and provide great service for a very reasonable price. They reset my mom's diamond ring for a larger stone and fixed the prongs on it in under 2 hours. First of all, my mom is very picky and so difficult to impress. She walked out of that store beaming with the biggest smile. It made the drive through traffic to get to the store worth it. The photos are Before and After of the upgraded diamond and prong repair! Details of how the visit went: I really appreciated the care they took in inspecting the ring we brought in prior to starting repairs. Jimmy noticed that the prongs on the ring was very worn down so suggested we get that repaired so my mom doesn't lose her diamond. He documented the serial number of the new stone before repairs began to make sure the same diamond was added to the ring and even had us check the serial number once he was done with repairs to make sure it matched. Jimmy had us wait until the old stone was removed from the ring and handed it directly to us before we left the store to browse the mall while we waited on repairs. The amount of care he took in insuring the security of our jewelry is one of the reasons I will be coming back. He also patiently answered every single question/concerned that my mom had about other future jewelry she wanted to get repaired. Specifically, a tarnished necklace that she was very concerned about. He kindly cleaned my mom's necklace as a courtesy, even though we offered to pay him for it. My mom was so happy with the result! Necklace was nice and bright and her ring was perfect. Thank you guys for your great work!
I've been looking for a new jeweler and so happy to have found this place! I love supporting mom and pop businesses and the service you get here is better than what you'd get at large chains. I've brought 5 piece of jewelry here for polishing and repair and have been super happy with the service provided for each piece!
