Nika and Her team did a great job for me and my company. I am not an easy client and my expectations are high and She and her team met and exceeded all of them. She did a great job rolling out the property onto the MLS, Pictures, social media posts and strong relationships within her field sold my property in 2 days. She was carful not overpromise or give me false expectations. While Negotiating the sale she watched for my liabilities in the transaction and helped me make sound decisions to make things as sooth as possible. after closing she kept in touch and made sure all obligations of the sale were completed and closed out.
