Fun, but I will not go back unless it’s early in the morning or weekday with not many people. We went for a party today and only two workers helping with stations. It was overrun by teenagers!! A little girl almost broke her wrist! She was crying in pain. Something needs to be done to make this place better. Definitely not a place for little kids. The big slides were closed too!! Also they were walking around with free water bottles if you gave them a 5 star review!!
This place would be great if they made it just for kids. There are too many teenagers coming in without parents and literally taking over the place. We went today and my son and his friend couldn’t play on either basketball or dodgeball areas because there were so many teenagers taking it over. They also told my son and his friend they couldn’t join them. Two of the teen boys got in a physical fight that my husband had to break up! We ended up leaving because a big teenager hit my son as hard as he could with a ball in dodgeball. The dodgeballs are soft but they do hurt when one is thrown hard at someone’s head. There needs to be a teen night and all the other nights a parent needs to be present for these teens to be let inside. I was watching and they were coming in, in large groups without any adults.
First Id like to share that I had booked with “House of Air” before they made the switch and wasn’t informed prior. Ended up being fine because it looks way nicer! But, for the price we paid for the gold room (with added food and beverage) wasn’t worth the experience. My hostess only helped set up (until she got too busy with another party she was hosting and we ended up finishing the set up. We didn’t have a lot to do, but if we did (only having 30 minutes to set up) would have sucked. 2. Were only allowed a certain amount of jump time. They plan for food, cake, and i assume presents to be done with the 30 minutes left at the end of the party. I asked about food at 2 (because our party ended at 3) we bought enough pizzas to accommodate for not just children. but adults to. Was informed that “kids don’t eat anyways, so you’d have time for cake and presents” like.. what???? so I ended up having to rush cake while everyone was eating, and still couldn’t open presents in front of our families because of it. I think the whole set up was ridiculous, maybe my fault for booking it for a younger kiddo. but when it says “good for all ages” you’d think it’d be good. Unfortunately won’t be hosting at this location again.
Great experience! Kind staff especially Ryan! He was patient with my large party. Doing a great job young man! We will be back!
Haven’t been here in years but was finally able to return and it’s SO MUCH FUN!! Even better than I remembered!! Out 5 year old can play forevverrr but honestly, the 90 minutes is perfect because he gets super worn out so fast with how much fun he’s having!! None of us want to leave!! The manager Blake was so helpful and nice to speak with too. He even said they are doing a total upgrade soon! 10/10 recommend for ALL ages!!! They even have an indoor kids playground too!!
