First experience of the company today. Boiler not working and no heating. Call answered straight away and engineer sent same day. Kept updated on time of arrival. Engineer very pleasant and efficient. Sorted everything with minimal fuss. Very reasonable rate. Would definitely use again and recommend.
Used this company multiplie times for my boiler with no issues always sorted the issues, but had physical work done a new shower enclosure the lads that came where polite and very mindful I had a 6 month old baby but got in got the job done in good time and to a high standard, they clean up after themselves and took all the rubbish away apart from a shiny new shower u wouldn’t of known they been also will continue to use this company for future work thanks guys
I had a boiler issue, lots of vibrating noises, F2 error, the work. They sorted me with an appointment in the next few days, I even received an email answer super late at night to sort it out, engineer came right when they said he would, was super nice and knowledgeable and fixed my problem quickly. He also answered a few questions I had about other areas concerning my boiler and the cost was totally reasonable for an intervention where he had to undo half of the boiler, check quite a few things, clean parts and put it back together again. Really happy with the efficiency, the price and the very nice approach I received for it all. Thank you! I recommend this company!
We had a new boiler installed in October 2024. When we first contacted Nathan about an issue with our boiler, he came out the same day to have a look. The boiler was old and so we needed a new one. Work was carried out to a high standard and only took a few hours to complete. We recently had our boiler serviced this year and again, Nathan was very quick to answer and get this booked in. The Boiler service went smoothly, but we encountered a small issue after turning back on one of our main radiators. We contacted Nathan about the issue and again he was quick to respond and sent someone back out to investigate. Josh ended up doing some repair work to some pipes and he was very informative and did a great job! Would definitely use again, thank you.
Cannot recommend Nathan enough. We were let down by several quick-to-respond but never-following-through plumbers, but Nathan emailed promptly, kept in touch and did an inital quote via email, before coming to review in person before agreeing the final cost. Work was carried out 24hrs later by some of his team, clean, tidy and swiftly. Unfortunately, we had a slight issue arise, and the way in which Nathan dealt with this was simply incredible and restored my faith in tradespeople, the ability to give incredible customer service and above all, just be a decent human being. We will be using Nathan again, and I would recommend him to anybody. **update** We've used Nathan ans his team again, exemplary service yet again, rapid communication, up to date timings and when the work wasn't as in depth as first thought, lowered price without hesitation.
